you customize a vinyl lettering saying, you can choose from a quote from one of
our themes, or you
can make one up one your own. The cost is determined
by the size and number of characters with in
your saying. The
cost is also determined by the size and number of decorative graphics within your
saying. Sales tax or
shipping costs are not included in your vinyl lettering saying.
All
items purchased from Express It With Words are delivered in flat rates boxes
with the U.S. Postal Service, with Priority Mail.
Shipping costs start from $4.75 to $5.75 for your first vinyl lettering.
An additional fee of $0.85
will be added for each additonal vinyl lettering.
Insurance is an additional cost of $ 1.25.
Refunds, Order Changes, and Cancellations
Express It With Words
will use all use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to
change or cancel
your order prior to the final production of your vinyl lettering.
Since these
are custom and personalized ptoducts, items are not refundable.

strongly recommends that you make sure that your order
is accurate and complete
before you place your order.
If the production process was not started
on your order, all deposits will be refunded.
If
an item has begun production, we cannot stop or change the order. You will be
charged the full
amount of the order for all orders cancelled at this stage.
If the order is in the production phase
process, refunds will not given.
Payment Information
We offer several methods for payment, you can pay
by mail, money order, check, cash, or credit card.
Your vinyl lettering order
will be created once payment has been made. Once created, vinyl lettering
orders
will be shipped within five business days.
